BACKGROUND

Over the last few years, TradeMutt has experienced significant growth and are now looking to take the brand to the next level by expanding further in both DTC and B2B markets. In order to scale the brand they need a more professional looking website to deliver first-rate customer experiences and functional capabilities to support marketing initiatives and improve business performance.

The intended outcomes of the redesign process is to produce a site that has:

- Better conversion rates

- Faster page loading speeds

- Improved ability for merchant to customise the store-front

Theme Redesign Using Online Store 2.0

We designed and built a new theme on the Online Store 2.0 framework to deliver:

- Best-practice UX/UI design to optimise the site for conversions and AOV.

- Utilised the new theme framework to unlock the latest Shopify capabilities

- Improved native collection filtering

- Faster page loads on mobile and desktop

- Better flexibility for TradeMutt to maintain the site content and front end appearance through sections

Increase AOV with a Custom Bundle Builder App

A mobile-first, consumer-focussed Bundle Builder was built to help support campaign promotions (such as a 'Father's Day Bundle') and improve AOV. We designed a custom flow to help lead customers intuitively through to the checkout. Using Scripts and Shopify Plus we made it easy and flexible for the client to manage future campaigns -such as % off of a variety of collections, flat-fee price for bundled products, and free gift promotions.

Grow B2B Sales With Custom Bulk Buy App

This bulk-buy module is aimed at helping B2B customers kit out their workforce in TradeMutt gear. With a desktop-first approach and focus on usability, businesses can quickly and easily place orders for large quantities of stock in different sizes. Shopify scripts automatically apply a tiered discount to selected items in the TradeMutt catalogue. The functionality reduces the manual handling of trade orders and increases AOV through an improved customer experience.
