KANKAN's ambition is to make refills mainstream. By making refills more convenient, it helps broaden the appeal and reduces consumption for single-use plastics at home. This is why they need a website that promotes exactly what the brand is passionate about.

KANKAN had validated their initial product offering with a Shopify site they built themselves. But in order to elevate the brand, they needed a professional site to clearly emphasise their brand message and vision.
We redesigned their site to align with their brand and clearly convey the amazing features of the product and its benefits. Story-telling plays an important party highlight the sustainability aspect of the product and the brand's mission.
We created a customised bundle-builder to help users to purchase starter packs for the brand. It was important to utilise best practice UI/UX principles to make it intuitive and simple, while explaining the benefits of the product.
Streamlined the ordering process by allowing customers to create their own bundles. Upselling was also achieved to increase the average order value by offering complimentary products or conditional upsells in the slide-out cart drawer.
